that looks like a Band B which is 4-6 points and a 100% weekly wage fine , was it in a managed motorway section , these really are utter ******** , I was on the M62 a few weeks ago, 11am, dry road , fairly light traffic when they came on marked like this 60 60 60 60 50 60 60 60 60 then back to NSL, no crash, no heavy traffic just utter ******** but I bet somebody got a ticket so they made a few quid

Not any more , anything up to 150% of your weekly wage for speeding , other offences have also increased Ant McPartlin found out with his drink driving fine of £86,000

Reckon you'll get a conditional offer SP30 (3 points) for that myself ! Hope you get the Speed Awareness Course ( if not done in the last 3 years ) but these are decided behind closed doors in a dsignated office these days, and by what criteria I think is anybody's guess TBH>...
