61k and flood damage....I know it's an 07 and Auto and these start around 25k, but with the miles surely needs to be a bit cheaper.....Think I would go for a good Duoselect that hasn't been in water for the same money...

With that history, those miles and tatty bodywork it is far too expensive. I wouldn't pay much more than 10-11k. You never know what needs doing with flood damage, especially if it gets into the electrics. Avoid.

With the ECUs under the carpet in the floor it wouldn't take much more than a splash, never mind a flood, to cause untold electrical gremlins. Avoid at all costs.

I never could fully get rid of the smell and the boot started to rot very quickly, so I had to have it treated.
