Lost my red key card numbers

Ive lost my 5 digit key card for my 2003 4200cc spoke to the supplying dealer they are struggling to find it on there records! Any ideas would be appreciated.

I understand they can order a new one from Maserati. They just need proof of id and ownershio.

This is the case indeed. The red card is for the key blade only though so it's a bit pointless unless you need a new key made. And if you do need a new key, they send you a new card with it anyway. Or at least they did with mine

That, if memory serves (I'm sure it does) is a silver card. You can get it from Maserati, I'm sure. The dealer should be able sort this, for sure.
