I think gthey tried to blend with the wood but just doesn't work........If they didn't want black carpets then grey may have been better....

Dyeing carpets is straight forward, Matt. Dye is easily available on eBay. You will need to remove the carpet from the car, so it's a little time consuming. Hoover the carpet, give it a huge blast with a pressure washer and some detergent and leave it for a while to completely dry. Then you can apply the dye (very messy job!) and may need a couple of coats. Depending on what the carpet is made of will determine how we'll the dye will take. Nylon can be dyed but leaves the surface a little coarse got he touch. If this happens, brush the dyed carpet down when it's dried and then add more coats until you're satisfied.

Cheers MAF I will have a think about it.

Although, there's something generally not right about the colours in those photos at all. Check out the leaves visible through the windows. It *may* not be as bad in real life.

Yeah, someone has upped the saturation or filtered it, here it is corrected (and looking acceptable):

That's an improvement Matt, but you have to wonder why someone would choose to edit photos like that; you wonder what else has been masked / airbrushed / hidden from view?

It's certainly odd, although some people do have interesting ideas about what constitutes a good photo. Or they could simply not have read the manual :)

It's all personal taste. Personally I feel that blue leather never works so that would put me off before the carpets.

Strangely it's the reverse of my car as I have tan leather with blue stitching and dark blue carpets. I like it but some might not!
