Hi All,

I have done a track experinace in a Porsche 911 GT3 and Fez 360 and enjoyed them greatly, which is an understatement.

I have now got my hands on a Lambo Gallardo track day (OK a few laps but still good)

What are these cars like to drive? Any feedback to wet the appetite??

Not driven one but been in one, they are so raw and the grip is awesome, i cant believe how it manages to put it's power down so quickly, they react very different to a Ferrari IMO.

I've driven a couple, but it was a few years back (2005 I think). How tall are you? With a lid on (by that, I mean a helmet but same is true if I meant roof of the car), anything over 6ft 2 will be 'cosy'.

In terms of how they drove, I remember it being a very easy car to drive, very planted on the road and superb acceleration. Its the fastest I've ever driven in a car - I hit 170mph - and it felt as solid as a rock. The passenger with me was a race driver (it was a Lamboghini test day - one held at Millbrooke and one at Oulton Park) and he'd said to me "accelerate as long as you like (it was a one mile straight we we're approaching), I'll tell you when to brake and I gurantee your nerve will go before mine"....and he was right. I hit the brakes approching a banked curve and he laughed and said "I told you....this car has the best brakes of any car I've driven, and I've driven everyhing".

So, easy to drive, very fast, great brakes, but cosy.

Enjoy, and let us know how you get on.
