Having Googled it, there's someone on Retro Rides who reckons they only made one.

De tomaso used the Cortina GT engine in his first car (Vallelunga) but can't imagine Ford or De Tomaso would release a limited edition model?
Maybe a one off promotion car to coincide with the launch of his own car?
