Thought I'd start a thread on this for any Sydney, Australia based Maserati owners.

My feedback provided below.

Not sure if others have had the same experience but may help current/future owners.

Road & Track
1 Giffard St, Silverwater

Had my annual service here in July, 2015. Booked me in easily enough.

Very disappointed with the amount of money charged for a basic service. Paid the price for not ringing around earlier.

Won't be back, but assume others have had a better experience.

Andrea Motori
13 Whiting St, Artarmon

Recently brought my car to Andrea. Performed a full system scan to remove a warning light. Didn't charge me a cent for it.

Andrea was a great source of info. re: servicing requirements and what a reasonable bill should be.

Will be back.

Sorry to hear things didn't work for you at Road & Track. I suppose it depends on your expectation of what's reasonable for a service charge.
My recent oil change and service in March, plus clear a few codes was $1,200 which I thought was okay. A full service when I first brought the car to them was $ 1,800.
Understand they are having changes there and the head mechanic is setting up a business next door.

Let's just say my minor service (inspection, oil change and cleaning filters) was more than $1200.

And the cost to change my spark plugs was at least twice as expensive as other Maser specialists.

Yep, head mechanic is going solo. My relationship was with him who had no say in the final costing unfortunately.
