Hood jamming

Hi All,tried to get top down yesterday, all went well till the point when top stuck at the point where it was nearly in bay,then it stopped,motors were still running but it would go no further.
Closing was no problem,tried 3 times,same result.Any tips greatly welcome.

Light was not flashing during process,but was lit.

I think tubber, one of our Canadian cousins may be your best bet, he's done a full replacement of the hood himself, so probably knows the layout as well as anyone. I haven't seen him on here for a while, so may be worth a PM if you don't get any further.

Take the dog out of the back before you try and open the top, the buggers tend to jam everything up..!!

I'm blaming the wife, asked her to keep an eye on the top as it was going down,she put her paws under it,the rest is history.....
