Gransport annual service, fluids, filters and air con

Any ideas how much one should pay for a Gransport annual service but with fluids,filters and air con re charge??????

Having mine done next week by Mike Roberts, £399 no VAT, beat that!

I know that Auto Sportiva are doing it for £395 which includes VAT, so slightly cheaper, but that is because they are new, sort of a loss leader I suppose

Indies produce a better route, but to be fair, Meriden in Lyndhurst also deal with my car and to date, I have no complaints. I know they price match, but Mikes is like a mate now, so I would rather line his overalls than anyone elses.

To be honest, I only really trust Mike Roberts, when he says he's done the air filter, I know he has, unlike various main dealers I could mention.

Oh sh-t........HR Owen are charging me £1200 including Vat and thats reduced from £1500. When I phoned Emblem the only prices I got were around £500 plus Vat for an annual service and around £700 for mileage service. When I said you are making plenty on all the warranty work they said that they only get paid at cost price for any warranty work undertaken.

By the way I forgot to say that in three years gearbox, brakes, pollen filter and air filter have never been changed. This apparently is supposed to be done on the first 6,000 mile service. HR Owen are not just topping up the fluids but changing them completely. Could that justify their price??????

UM, according to schedule.......annual service only......the charge for £18 for brake fluid, oil/fuel flush £48, screenwash £3......doesnt say changed or topped up on my list?! As for not changing above listed items....scandalous...............so maybe challenge on this and ask for humungus discount.........

So main "Stealer" moniker sorta fits.............

The cost is a bit less than what I said. This is what they are doing:-

The cost of the 2nd Annual service is £1160.00 inc Vat this will include, replacement of the engine oil and filter, Gearbox Oil renewal, Coolant renewal, brake fluid renewal, Power steering fluid renewal, Aux drive belt replacement, air conditioning re-gas, air conditioning filter renewal and pollen filter renewal, as well as all the other safety checks and adjustments that are included in the schedule.
