Giulia had to come out of her garage today for an MOT...

At least she was wearing her new hat.

Pleased to say she passed without even an advisory...
then again, she did just have a major service a few weeks ago
and had a new track rod end fitted at the time.

I have only managed to do 102 miles in her in the year...shameful, must try harder :D

Stunning Enzo. Must be a pleasure to take her out on sunny days. Be careful she doesn't get envious of the younger models in your harem of Italian mistresses and throw an expensive fit!

Really is a pleasure to drive with the top down, even on cold days...can't beat it!
I have had a word in her ear...she says she is not the jealous type :D

Keeping her Adam...have embarked on a program to get her to a really nice condition,
started a few weeks a go with a new mohair hood, she also recently had a service at Terry Hoyles,
(rubbing shoulders with a couple of posh fezzas so she doesn't feel left out :D),
and will get a few other bits and pieces done over the next year...
Plan is to go on a European tour in her,

enz a euro tour in that would be amazing, i would like to do the mille miglia route in it, how long have you owned the alfa?

A mate of mine at college says his dad has just bought an original mini cooper, i think i remember you saying you liked the original mini's from the 60's.

Bought Giulia in Sep '01, so just over 9 years ago Adam,
We (my wife Linda and I), would like to tour Italy in her...
maybe even go as far south as Sicily :D
but not sure if this will happen in 2011.
Yes, I also love the classic (and new) Mini's...

Yes, she has Adam...
and as long as I keep looking after her and she is properly maintained,
no reason for her to not keep appreciating, she is only 45...lot's of life left in the old girl
