This is all a bit of a shame - there was a waiting list last year!! I'm not sure what's different this time round to be honest.
I have attended the last 2 years with Lancaster Maserati but last year I really wanted to come with Sports Maserati and ended up hanging around the group as it was such a good laugh!
At this rate the space allocated to us is going to look a bit sparse :(

I'm hoping to get to the services to meet up so we can at least convoy in - there is nothing more aurally exciting than a line of Maserati V8's :)

We're shacked up in a local travel inn premier lodge thingy. Will stroll across to the stand for a catch up in the morning. Will be parking in the general car park now as the Ghibli has had a tantrum.

F#*k F#*k Fuc#erty F#*k.
F#*king Italian heap of S#%t I'm going back to bed!
Will a ford transit blend nicely on the stand?! If I can be bothered at all.
Bl##dy thing has been sweet as a nut, took it to the valleters this morning & the starter motor has failed
Nestled nicely in the V even if I could get a replacement today I ain't gettin the gaskets to put the inlet back together!
Note to self....never mention selling a car in earshot of the car!

Mine did that - on the parade lap!!!
It’s never made it since

Approving the car for display
Parade lap very late
Gates open very early
£40 to get my passengers through the gate, even though we're showing.

That would put me off too. World of Supercars up here was very well attended, even in the rain. Free entry for showing cars, plus 1 free passenger.

Annnnnd home. It was nice, but unless you're really into watching the racing, there's simply not enough there. £8.00 burgers and £3.00 coffee don't really help either.

I doubt next year

Still, good turn out.

BH is only 3/4hr from me so worth a morning out with free entry.

Star of the "festival" was undoubtedly the only driverless Maserati I've ever seen. Didn't mind holding it in place whilst Tony had a nice leisurely breakfast!

Yep, that was worth a laugh. I'll try to upload the photos :)

I didn’t make in time so I had to park outside with many others supercars even around 3 pm when most cars where already leaving they didn’t allow any of us in. At least my boy had fun. I liked this event a lot but in the last few years it’s starting annoying me more than anything else. Not sure I’ll bother next year. I wished I had gone to Silverstone for the WEC.

Great to see you all today albeit a tad breezy.

I agree with most views here that there is less to do here now. Maybe we should feed back to MSV with some suggestions for improvements. I'm sure they would welcome some constructive critism.
