Was interested enough to google it. According to Wikipedia the GTL gave you 1108cc, slightly larger drums, plastic dash and 12” instead of 10” wipers.

It must be post 1983, apparently the last French car to still have drums. 2CV had front discs by then. I reckon that’d shear the whole front end off a 2CV if you stopped quickly enough!
