I hear it's easy, but is there a How To?

I'd quite like to get at the vent below the windscreen to stop it rattling.

Cheers

center vent pulls out and there are 2 screws in there, remove them. Prize off the covers on the door tops and then remove the upper screws holding the windscreen pillar covers and remove windscreen pillar covers. You will now see two hex head bolts right up close to the base of the windscreen both sides i think this is all you need to remove to get the dash top off.

I have a set similar made of Rolson brand cheese that I bought for airbag removal.

Not 100% sure I'm going to try this before Modena, or simply deploy some tape on the offending vent. She's got to go in to Feli for brake cleans and wheel refurb. The Airbag needs recovering in the lovely goatskin I have and then there are claying, and polishing to be done.

Cutting out the instrument removal it looks like about 20 minutes work and I can tighten up some of the door trim fastenings at the same time so I am very tempted.

20mins is bang on. I spent more time taking each piece in and out of the house and laying on the softest feather blankets to ensure no risk of scratches!
