Going back to 147....These have took a bit of a hit over the last 3 months or so.....lots on PH have been there for a while and prices have dropped by a grans or two......Unless you buy from the Buzz Alfa people who still charge top money and more..

There are ways and means Adam. 'Future classic' insuance, limited miles, that kind of thing.

I knew a 17yr old in Aberdeen who drove an old BMW 750i manual, very rare and cheap/old car. But was able to insure a V12 for about £400/yr. He was a 'racing driver', that is he did one event a year, just a test in a car park. Allowed him to insure the car. Look into it

I only put the Blue one up Dem as it is really rare in that colour and it was the only one i could find on my P.C at the time. Prefer Red with Tan leather though.

147GTA is a manic car and needs a steady foot on the accelerator........huge amount of fun at good price but like Maserati without an unbroken service record walk away no matter how much you are tempted

i dont mind a shed for some fun, have a fiesta my friend never wanted so i took it off him for cheap, a kebab and a mars bar, im having sooo much fun, 2001, 1.3 with 88k, excellent condition, ill use it to go supermarket for bit then sell it, or who know if i dont get job soon could be my car for good......

that will be pretty fun, one of my mates has a few field cars the i drive when i go round, has a rover 100 metro, peugoet 106, citroen ax and a kia pride, they are soo much fun, we just have banger racing tournaments.
