I was at blyton park today and on their calendar it shows for 9th July ‘Maserati oc track day’.
I am not a member of maserati owners club but can not find any mention of event visiting forum.
Anyone know of the event as its right on my doorstep.

Hi
Yes it is on the 9th July as you say. I am also not a member of the club but 2 of my friends are and we usually go along and watch as its been there for the last couple of years. I live about 4 miles from the track.

I'm a member and booked up for this years trackday. Unfortunately my Achilles' issue means I won't be driving but M will be providing I can sort the crank sensor issue on the Spider. There promises to be quite a selection of different cars this year.

PS. My Ghibli isn't going on the track, not even if the Alfa Spider has issues.

C U there guys - hopefully. My car has just come out from the mechanic - clutch shows 70% ware, but the machine is, apparantly, not 100% accurate and my ability to boot it hard is pretty much 0 (so plan to wait till my back op later in the summer to get it sorted) - but my other half plans to come up in his car transporter with the S2000 - sharing a car for the event would result in separation!!!

Not sure whether or not you will be able to take your car on the track - we have all pre-registered and I don't know if there is a restriction on numbers - but it would be gr8 to meet up

Had my Maser on Blyton a couple of times, an open pit lane session and a four car only driver training day.
Great circuit.

It's a nice surface at Blyton. Haven't taken the Maser on there but took my 75 T/S for an AROC track day a couple of years ago.
I even had time to pop home at lunch time and sort out a failing alternator and be back before the afternoon session started.
By the way those two cars don't belong to my friends. They were there in 2016.
Last year a chap from the club had brought his 458 Italia instead of his Maser. Being local he asked me if I minded going with him to find petrol so got a 16 mile round trip to Gainsborough.

Sorry Roary Rati. I never got a picture of your car on track.
