Anyone in portsmouth/southampton?

I'm racing at Cowes this year and debating the best way to get to and from the island, I could get a train to and from Essex, or I could dump the car somewhere... the train is £70 each way So not much cheaper than driving, but I'm not sure on how much car will be left if I abandon it in the backstreets!
Wondering if anyone has a spare patch of driveway I could leave her on if I choose to drive down.

After disappearing to Le Mans for 4 days I'm lucky to have a pass for a week at cowes! If I did the delivery sails to, I'd be looking for somewhere permanent to keep the car - and myself!!!

Depends on what car you leave there! Narrower is better based on when I lived there... Others might offer closer options, but if not I have a shared driveway outside Petersfield - you could catch the train from there for a bit less than training all the way from Essex.
