Alternative 4 stud space saver needed

I am looking for a 4 stud space saver for my Merak SS 1977. I have an alpine tour coming up and I need some sort of 'get me to a garage space saver" that will fit onto the 4 stud hubs. I am NOT looking for an expensive original spare wheel, but something that will do the job. I have thought about buying a modern citroen spacesaver and having the correct size centre welded onto it.

The 4 main wheel/tyres are 215/70/15, so I'm looking for something with a similar height. Any ideas?

Was on holiday in Italy a few years ago, and caught the side of a concrete block hidden in long grass on the camp site.
Tyre wall torn, thus a can of tyre weld was useless!
You really need a proper tyre either a spacesaver or full sized spare.
Once you have been in the situation where a can of tyre weld is useless and put you in an awkward situation, you understand!

You really need the pcd off your hub or original wheels, then you can determine what wheel you can buy, or as you say have a spacer made to fit the Citroen wheel. Do not weld onto the wheel. You want it bolted.
