Too many holes to be worth it. No history, Cat B issues, I doubt there is photographic repair evidence, you'd need a thorough inspection, you'd want to spend £2k getting it up to scratch.

Not sure this is that much of a bargain. Cat B must have a significant impact on resale price and it still has some issues which need sorting. So if you put £3-4k in it to fix the remaining issues you have a £12-13k investment factor in the mileage and compare against the going rate of a good Spyder and there isn't much difference.
Personally I would leave well alone and buy a decent one to start with
