It's a fine line.
Used 4200s start at £12k, this one is at £6 and if you know what you are doing you could fix this up but if you need to pay someone to do it... it will mount up to close to the price of a starter car with a working engine.
Hence why the ad say someone with the know how and time. A used engine is £3k labour is free. I really can't see a problem.
