Mark who is co-team principal of my race team and whom some of you met at Le Mans has just finished this amazing 1000+ hour restoration of this Mustang for one of his customers.
The customer bought it when it was 18 months old and then in the mid 70's had an accident in it, so it was put away in his garage and not touched until last year when he decided to have it restored as a retirement present to himself.
This is how it looked when it arrived to give you an idea of how big a job this was!
and this is how it looks now after a very great deal of hard work...
It is now awaiting collection by its owner, the delay being post accident it fitted in the garage at his home but now it is the 'correct' length again it no longer fits so he is looking for alternative storage!
