Fault Code P0030, H02S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1

Hey guys! I hope that you can help me with that.. I cannot find any information about exactly which sensor this might be. There is only a thread that says what the P0050 is. The LHD and RHD confusion doesn't make it any better! :) (driver's side on the left in my case!) Thanks, Richard

    Xenon Effect Bulbs - 3200

Hi guys, I've had the OSRAM Nightbreakers but they were still too yellow-ish for my taste. So I swapped them out again for MTEC "Super White". Both with H1 Socket. The MTEC are 4350K and look really white. But I think that they're not as bright as the OSRAM (think this is a general issue with...

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Hi Phil, I just picked up the car from the indy yesterday. I had him replace the whole MAF Unit with the housing just to be sure. Before that I had him read the codes.. first he said that he already tried and it didnt let you read it but then we managed to chose another car (some Alfa 4.7L) and...

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Hi contigo, just did what you suggested and let the sensor outside hanging.. went for a short test drive and it absolutely seems like switched out!!!! genius! ;) it runs very smooth and has a lot more power with higher revs but imust say i didnt go too high because it wasnt warm yet.. i think...

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Hey Guys, I am still struggling with that issue but I can provide some latest developments that may be interesting. Following your advice I took the car out and refueled it with Shell V-Power 100. I thought that it was running smoother but that might as well be imagination. The problem however...

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Hi David, thanks for you information, much appreciated! That really sounds like a similar problem to me! As you pointed out, the car works without any issues until that point. Just to make sure that I got it right: you're talking about spark plug wires attached to the sparks, right? If the other...

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Thanks phil both for the intel and your lively description! :) I will check that as well.. I must admit i thought that "more or less" modern cars don't mind the type of gasoline anymore, thats why I chose a rather simple fuel company (its called AVIA) and their standard 95 fuel.. my mercedes...

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Thanks guys, I will have a go with this.. but i might add that I had all kinds of battery resets due to the CC pump issue.. Now it is off the battery for a week already and I will try as soon as the weather allows it! Salt on the streets, etc.

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

I honestly think that it is not revving that high.. from my limited experience with the car I would say that it stops at about 2/3 of the maximum revving capacity and sometimes it also exceeds that, so I think that shouldn't be a problem

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Thank you for your response, no unfortunately i don't.. I saw some screenshots of a reader that can be linked to a smartphone.. maybe I should try to get one of these.. But I think the best readers are only for official dealers, SD2 if i recall that right.. ?

    Rev problems with 4200 CC

Hey there! I signed up for this forum after I bought a '04 4200CC last year and was already able to benefit from your knowledge. I am located in switzerland, even though there is a german forum, I found the UK one more resourceful. Had a problem with the CC pump and was able to resolve it! So...
