I bet none of these are legal anymore....
Well this is kind of what I’ve been doing the last 42 years so I should be qualified to answer this for you.
The standards are not a legal requirement so none of them are illegal.
However none of them are really compliant with the standards as they are in this photo. Mostly because they are surfaced in tarmac or concrete which is not good for your noggin if you fall!
Left to right:
Witches hat; modern variants exist but they do not jump off the top bearing and crush you, they do not slam into the central post crushing you and the outer edges are not made of cast iron and will not smash your skull!
Big rocking horse; perfectly acceptable but now limited so they cannot jam in the up position and then crush you unexpectedly. Likewise the mechanism is covered so you cannot stick fingers and hands in to have them amputated.
Giant slides: you can have a slide as long as you want, but over 3.0m high and you would need to put it on an embankment. The slide sides have to be a certain shape to keep you in, the steps cannot be continuous over 2.5m and the slide bed cannot have gaps that can trap sharp things because it is not nice to slice people from toe to head!
Big roundabout and Catherine wheel, both are still available in very revised forms, mostly smoothe edges that don’t smash you, all at particular heights to prevent crushing you or dragging you under them. They did have to be speed restricted for a few years but that was not really achievable.
Jungle Gym;: any number of frames are available, all have much more play value and nowadays they are designed so that you cannot pile drive yourself if you fall through them!!!

Witches Hat - well I never knew that's what they were called! We had a two tier version outside my primary school. Fearsome thing, which for a six year old me was like a combination of the north face of the Eiger and a centrifuge. Once you got on, there was no telling when the "fun" would stop. You just hung on like your life depended on it (which it did) and hoped the older kids got bored of spinning it at high velocity. Happy memories!
