GS ULEZ emissions

Hello, could anyone with an ULEZ compliant GS send me a photograph section of the V5 where it shows the emission & N0x levels mine is 0.149. If it's the same, then i can make a good argument going forward

My GS is not ULEZ compliant, registered 18th January 2005, I know many of those registered later are. So, I'm communicating with the usual bodies to see what I can do.

Where I live in London I can't drive anywhere now without paying the ULEZ charge, as cameras 200 meters in every direction from my house. Cheers

Watching with interest as mine is May 2005 registered and not compliant, not that I ever go to the big smoke, but I might want to one day

I’ll post up if I make any progress.
LDM just managed to get his 3200 ULEZ compliant so it’s worth a go if I can get the emissions from a compliant GS

You should live here, where I see cameras knocked to the floor everyday

Some bird I was seeing had a V6 diesel Jag 2015 and it was euro 5 and I sent an email to Jag and after some too ing and fro ing between her and Jag they agreed it should be a Euro 6 as a car 2 months newer than hers is and it’s same engine

As an update, I’ve had a number of different N0x readings now from members V5s so it’s obvious there is an error in the DVLA systems.
Am now attempting to see if a colleague has any original specs or COCs of a 4200 so we can do some comparisons.
Next stage will be to get to a dealer and obtain a copy of the COC to ensure the car is in its original spec and re-issue a copy.
This is likely to take a while as typically I’m back at work now and travelling - so will post up once this next bit is done.

Just out of interest what are the MOT emissions of the car?

If it helps, the ULEZ shows my 1998 Boxster as being non-compliant however Porsche UK send out original Porsche certificates of conformity and these show it as being compliant. The next stage is to send that to ULEZ and have it marked up properly.

It seems that back in the 2000s, the DVLA did not require the NoX levels to be input into the v5 and as the ULEZ uses info from DVLA, the issue is simply that the NoX entry line is blank, defaulting to being non-compliant.

Eventually, there will be a class action style claim that gathers huge numbers of fees and renders them incorrect due to faulty or missing data. But until then, alerting them to the NoX levels (assuming they are within boundaries) is the way to go.

In Glasgow, were I am, the ULEZ has no fee option. It's simply any car that doesn't meet standards cannot enter the zone. At least you guys in England have the choice to pay a fee, instead of a nonsense green policy that precludes owners of older cars and persecutes lower income familes unfairly.

Have Maserati confirmed what your Nox reading is? i checked / got confirmation from them before paying for the CoC - if it had been high i wouldnt have bothered. Also i know some people have had their V5s updated following CoC.

I’m waiting for this to be confirmed, so far owners have sent me four different N0x readings for the 4200 which can’t be correct.

You probably know this, but just for clarity the MOT doesn’t measure NOx. It seems hard to get an actual measurement of your car unless I am missing something.
