    Thanks guys....yes the Alfa bike was a bit extreme, I learnt a lot from that project, it got me to learn CAD and casting principles and that I shouldn't have external belts! I've finished the design, I'll building the frame next.

    I wore through some jeans and lost my eyebrows when it backfired. That's the beauty of the merak engine; there are no external spinning parts.
