Had my GS headlight switch go bad due to internal corrosion. The Maserati part is expensive/hard to find but you can rebuild it with internals from : ALFA ROMEO 166 LUSSO T SPARK HEADLIGHT HEADLAMP SWITCH 156434500 for 1/10 of the cost.

A crack can be rewelded at a specialist... I also gave up on Pzeros and went to PS4s.

Well I got the alternator going by waggling the alternator connector -but there was never a charging light warning. The dipped headlights are not working now but the beep beep has stopped and the tail lights are off. At this point the local euro car rescue has carried us to a hotel and euro...

I'm stopped in Italy with an almost flat battery belt ok all systems seem to work except headlights. Is there a fuse or relay that controls charging

You could put some dehumidifying crystals inside with the doors closed -especially if the garage gets cold and damp. (Also lube the door seals with rubber protectant). Watch out for mice... Cheers PS It looks very shiny!

No need to disconnect, the 4200 has a master off switch which isolates the battery. Charging at 2 amps will take a long time. A good 5 amp lead acid charger should be fine -it is for me anyway... Cheers

I think you' ve forgotten traffic density. As the cars slow the distance between them closes (or it should) which offsets the reduction in speed...
