Straight up noon! Crashed around midnight and opened my eyes at 09:47...first morning of a three-day weekend, and it's rather, er, brisk here. Winds are high and temps are low, but alpaca are nonplussed. Supposed to be back in the upper 50s F tomorrow and Monday, so will do car and outside-related things then. Today, I am going to try and take it somewhat easy. Maybe even read a book. Who can say...?

There will also be some computer work at some point over these days, as well as slogging through all the emails I ignored during the whirlwind that was my week. Duroc pork chops with the pork belly still on for dinner tonight, so will at least eat well if nothing else. Hope all are safe & well and cranking up the evening festivities...

Morning. Sounds distressing Chris.

A day of jobs, busman’s holiday yesterday, fixing wifeys Fiat in the rain on the driveway.

No heat in the car, dash saying it was 41 degrees outside…I wish.

Temp sensor failure in the NS wing mirror, a right fiddle to do.

Did Mrs C's Giulietta when she bought it. Probably only took 20 minutes going in through the mirror

Morning all, lovely sunny day here in Hertfordshire so I thought I might wrap up warm and take the Tiger out later. But alas the local council have gritted the road ! `god knows why as it was not due to drop anywhere near freezing last night.

So the cars will stay wrapped up and safe from the evil road salt, will take the daily when we go for coffee and I will have to go on a bike ride instead.

Make the most of the sunshine :D

Morning all, Matt, my van does this, it is rainwater getting in the connector and altering the resistance!

I have some printing to do and some other bits around the house, off to grandchild No.2’s 3rd birthday treat at the Excel later.

Have fun all…

Morning all from over yonder...unexpected dinner with both the 20 YO and 18 YO last night at a sushi joint, and was able to hand them their Xmas gifts in person. Was a fantastic surprise...despite my not wanting to leave the house at all this weekend. Being a curmudgeon is hard work.

Sunshine and warm(er) today and tomorrow, so quality car time (as tractor still down, darn the luck)...I hope.

C, sorry about your mum and the hospital visit. Everyone else...be good! I can only wire bail money from here.

Good morning everyone and hope you will all have a Great start to your week ahead.
The diesel heater they provided us ran out of fuel late yesterday afternoon and boy it was cold but in the British spirit we carried on.
They will be told though this morning :)
