Yes that is cheapest I've seen for a while as well.

Nice colour combination too.

Potential bargain!

As long as it does not need a clutch and a service (other wise its a 26k car)

How much is a clutch these days...Thought it was 2 to 3k so if you get it for 22 it's still seems a good price at 25k....Or is it not. Full leather to which adds a grand doesn't it.

Indeed Andy. Hence if you add that to the sticker price along with a fresh service and maybe a set of tyres to match the cars Dicky has for sale then you are at c£26k. However if it does not need them and has a recent clutch it is well priced even before any bartering.

The add is however rather short on detail, so suspect it is more likely to be the former as you would ppromote the good stuff would you not.

Good to see a private seller asking private money (i.e. above trade and a chunk below retail) so they deserve a quick sale imo. Recall Mr Grace listing Gransport full leather prices in gradients of £2k per 10k miles with a 50k miles car retailing at £30k. So I suggest this car, if a decent and well maintained example, is good value even if clutch wear turns out to be on high side.

On the subject of GS prices, there are signs that values have peaked. A couple of respected specialists have had nice cars on their books since the latter part of last year; cars in demand and short supply generally sell quite quickly irrespective of time of year.

So, maybe this, maybe that, the problem that may occur is if someone not in the “know” buys it, then all or some of these nasties turn up, and you can’t afford it then a half decent car quickly becomes an unloved shed. I’ve been thinking / deliberating this (value) since I bought mine, having had the odd “paid too much”, without knowing what I paid, ive decided I’m just going to use it when I want to and enjoy it, if in 4 years with another 20k Miles (32 total) it is worth the same as the ones Dicky has for sale now, happy days.........I doubt I will do that many but hey ho, can but try....
Life’s too short to be worrying about losing / making money on cars................

Its not just GS prices but all supercar used prices have turned lower, not surprising really based upon recent price performance.

This is my feeling too. We saw it in the 90's and a readjustment is on its way.

Hopefully it will be a soft crash as we are seeing where prices merely soften than crash.

Of coures GS prices are falling , iv just bouight one !

Drive it , enjoy it .

I went through a month or two of agonies as to whether I bought the right car or paid too much earlier this year. Now I am happy driving it and as a couple of people above have said. It doesn’t matter. I’m enjoying driving the car and the money is spent. And how much I can sell it for is completely irrelevant until I want to get rid of it, which at the moment is long into the future.

I was speaking with one of the guys at Simon Furlonger the other day and he says prices have definitely taken a turn south.
Most Ferrari's they have up for sale have been price adjusted by 10-20% and said their are deals to be done on everything.

He was at an auction 2 or 3 weeks ago and even the classic Fords are just not selling at the reserves that were set and those that had no reserve were significantly less than 12-18 months ago.
He almost bought a low mileage 3 door Sierra Cosworth for £26k!

A crash wouldn't be a bad thing, I wouldn't mind picking up an F355 or Porsche 993 turbo for 30-40k or even an F40 for 100k!

Anyway just enjoy them for what they are, even if prices were to go mad it will probably be 20 years after we've sold them, so not really worth worrying about.

I remember when I said no to a 355 Spider at 45k. A sad day in hindsight.
