Good Morning,

Could someone please tell me where the nearest Maserati garage is located in the south west, I live in Swansea. Looking for a service. Many thanks Justin

It's a trek Justin but nearest proper indie is either Migliore in Bromsgrove or FTech Exeter. If I were you; I'd barter with Cardiff MD, Motorline.

Cardiff are awful IN my experience. Technician there is a nice chap (Toyota trained)- would probably trust him with a ghibli (he calls dick Lovett for advice) - but no chance with an older one.
FTech transfer service sounds good (I think Safrane recommends.
Worth asking dick lovetts for a quote if you book in advance. Always impressed with them
I am in Swansea and For my service I will either get it transported to auto shield if I can get a good quote, send to F tech or barter with dick lovetts Swindon

Yes F tech have been great for me and the covered trailer is a god send if you don't want to drive there.

Many thanks chaps....looks like Dick Lovett in Swindon will be the easiest option as I travel past there quite regularly.

Speak to Alan Clarke, workshop Manager at DL and mention this forum and me (Matt the owner) and he will do everything to help you.

Honest down to earth guy who understands that they can't charge full wack for the older cars.

I know the question was regarding Independents but I'd recommend Carrs in Exeter, the main dealer. They looked after my 355 for 7 years and now my Spyder.
The Service Manager is Steve Ware and the service has been excellent and will collect and deliver the car if required. They are also happy to fit non OEM parts (eg Hill Engineering) if requested even emailing me a photographic record of work done and despite looking at Independents, they always match the price.
Not used F Tech but heard good things and intend to pop in at some point for a chat.

Glad to hear you still love it Justin. I also know the chaps in Exeter at Carrs, great chaps to deal with, Mark Ware is service manager and if going there, tell him I sent you.
