Hello everybody

Not long to go for this years On Your Marks event at Bruntingthorpe! –
We are truly thankful for your help and continued support and we’re looking forward to another record event

As this event grows, we are always looking to improve – especially around our Safe and Legal obligations
A recent change in ASDA Policy requires us to now validate contributor arrangements and documentation (Normal Current car Insurance, MOT and Licence) , we are not looking for track day insurance , just your normal everyday car insurance ,

Can we ask all team leaders to send an acknowledgment to this e/mail for obvious reasons back to me . ASAP ,

I apologise for this very late change and any inconvenience this may cause.
This can be validated on the morning of the event by showing all documents to an approved steward at the validation stand , next to the h.q. after this is done you all will be given a sticker for your front windscreen to show you have been through validation .
Someone will come down to the 4x4 track , rally track and to the Rewaco stand and do the same.

Regrettably, if contributors cannot show a valid normal car Insurance/MOT and Driver’s Licence ahead of the event or on the day, we will be unable to allow inclusion

I hope as a trusted partner, you fully understand our need for these additional steps

Brilliant! Hopefully a window sticker will mean only the real club charity rides are on track. Unlike the last year when we had the selfish oaf just having a go on track with his mate.

Help on the day

I am looking for volunteers to help run the gate on the day....Mainly to take the money from the punters. This year we have lost a few of our wonderful helpers due to other commitments which see's the lovely Susie left on her own to take the money which is just too much for one person as it gets extremely busy. My wife will chip in but as the boys are coming it will have to be sporadic through the day so if anyone who isn't driving could help it would be much appreciated......Just let me know. Thanks for your support.

Great Adam, glad you are coming along....

So its just a email for Hoyin so I can sent him a pass and Benny to confirm for two....Then we are there with 21 cars...Will probably do 3 groups of 5 and 1 with 6 in so we get 4 groups so to not put to much pressure on the cars......

All, Damon in the AMG has had to pull out......If anyone else wants to join us Saturday please shout...

As I said Peter can do an extra slot or two in his Atom but early as he has to shoot off mid afternoon.

Hoyin unfortunately can't come along so we have 4 groups of 5.....

Another drop out......not a car though...Liz will not be able to come this year due to unforeseen circumstances. It will just be me and Dan.....
