Afternoon! UP early and went to a spin class!!!! My lord was I not expecting that, 600 calories later and I nearly fell of the bike, the instructor Phil felt it right to let the whole class know I'd been in Le Mans for 5 nights and abused my body so made it even harder than normal .

3 days without a drop and am off to see Top Gear filming tomorrow with another ginger ****!

Friday I am doing a prom run for a mate's lad so that should be fun.

I need a car to do one down in Hampshire next week if anyone is up for it?

My p!ss was only a problem after I had a Berocca before bedtime...I put a health slug of Vodka in it and my wee went luminous the next day, somebody tell me thats normal?

I too now have a prom run to do tomorrow so I guess I better clean the Maz from its 1100 mile fly splatting trip.

All bodily functions behaving normally. My car, on the other hand, still has orange wheels. Next Friday involves two prom runs so I at least have this weekend to get things cleared up.

My swearing, however, is still problematic. To try and slowly wean myself of the bile and filth which seemed to characterise our cultural tour of France I have been reminding myself of one of Viz's finest creations:

Dear Lord, I've just had my first few beers since Le Mans and all I can say is they tasted fantastic! It's impossible to have a mexican meal without some slugs of the nectar!

Phil, it's hardly like you've been locked in a drying out clinic. We only left on Monday!

Good choice based on ROI beating Italy tonight! I bet there will be a few pints of the black stuff sunk tonight.

Italy played rubbish......mind you they didn't have any of the better players on..Suppose they have gone through already so no need to put any at risk........Glad Italy are through so not concerned that they lost......

Bet it was Andy....

Don't like the game either Drew...but the boys love it and I do tend to watch the big stuff with them.....Normal league stuff I wouldn't entertain...Would prefer to cut my willy off with a rusty bread knife than watch that .....
