Not for me, one car I never really "got". I saw them when new, and was so disappointed with the noise or lack of, sounded like a quiet bunch of spanners in a tin.

That is a classic....A car that started Ferrari and all thinking about their cars and making them more usable. Remember when you pick these up for well under 20k...Now look...

Years ago I drove a manual targa and it was great - VTEC is addictive. Not sure how it would feel today though as it was hardly a rocket ship even then.

However, it really winds me up that people feel that just because idiots are bidding up the price of 348/355s thinking they will double their money over the next few years that it is used as an excuse to push up the prices of cars like this. This one has the auto box too which is a real turn off and is meant to be less sought after. I would prefer an 840i for £10k.

For 40k you can get a focus rs500 rocking horse poo. Great performance. Not that I'd want one of then either. But over the Honda all day long.

This is still one of my favourite driving clips. The way he calmly drives the car, the heel and toe, the sweaty palms etc... what a driver.

And for anyone who doubts a manual and the involvement it brings just look at the footwork on this! :)

Personally not a fan of the NSX, it's close but just misses out in the final analysis. Saying that VTEC engines are superb

NSX have risen a lot in recent years and as with all cars they are worth what people are prepared to pay. As commented this is an Auto so less desirable ultimately but people will pay this sort of price today. The classic market will continue to move as long as people are prepared to pay and ti appears at the moment they are.

750-101 Alfas are now all £30k plus
105s have moved to the £15-20k mark, more for some models
Even 116 cars are now £10k plus for good ones

Honda and Nissan have produced some splendid sports cars, but IMO they will never be seen in the same vein as other producers such as Ferrari etc because they are know for making family run-abouts and hatch backs which dilutes the breed.

A new car can come in to this market and win. ..just look a Pagani.

I think Senna was responsible for the suspension only, that is good enough for me
I remember Imola to this day
Ratzenburger, big off for Rubens and finally Ayrton. I taped over the race immediately
My son bought me the Senna DVD but it is still sealed up I cannot watch it
