A lovely shiny new warranty is a nice though for sure.
That's what appeals to me, and with a budget of £55k +/- I didn't think that was going to be possible....

Had a good look at the new Ghibli at Wilton House today, and was underwhelmed. Just looked liked a functional 4 door car. From a Maserati I want more than that - I want beauty. It's not a patch (looks-wise) on a QPV or Gran Tourismo.
The new QP they had was better than I expected though. I hadn't particularly liked the pictures in the press, but in the metal it was tempting. But the car shown was £110k, which is a lot for a family lugging school run car which is what I use my current QP for. When it's lost 70% of that in 3 years time though...
I guess I am being a bit slow, so do tell us .... QP, Ghibli .....???I saw the new QP in Dubai recently. My brother in law was going to part exchange his 4 year old QP for the new model. Guess what he ended up buying?

Lucky man and it'll only cost him about a tenner to fill it up!!!!!!Nope. He bought a brand new QP5 - one of the last three they had left in the Middle East. Got a good deal as its was an outgoing model car but money wasn't really a factor. He just couldn't stand the new one and was too much in love with the shape of the old one - said that the new one looked like what he would expect a Lexus LS to look like. Maybe thats an exaggeration but even the salesman (who has sold him quite a few cars in the past) tended to agree.

Ahhhh, those were the days.
