What were you looking for again Mikey, Oh yes Gransport, I remember now. If I see one for around the £30K I'll drop you a line.
Cheers

Hi Mikey, How's the search going?

Just a word of advice... don't get too hung up on the tech' cloth. In the right colour combination - leather and piping, it can look very good in the flesh and I love the stitched Trident in the rear seats rather than the embossed Trident that comes with the leather, and if you find a well specced GS at the right price, it's possible to change the tech' cloth for leather anyway.

Let us know how you get on?

Take a look at Grinzzz cars...Tech looks great in there.....Leather will always be the best option..for resale as well but if its a good car and looks righe...Oh the price is right as Miles has said take a look.

Saw both Grinzzz's and James's at Bruntingthorpe and of course James's with the new piping and they both looked great. A tired leather interior will show it's age more quickly than a tech' cloth interior and given the ages of these cars now, there's obviously no issue with the tech' cloth wearing or loosing it's tautness.

Get the best poss car for the money!!

Tech or leather id rather have a good car.....

+1 (although you might say I would say that) Personally I'm not keen on overly black interiors, and although tech cloth wouldn't have been my first choice I prefered it to those with no contrasting piping; gives the inside a lift to my mind. Each to their own, world would be a boring place if we all liked the same stuff.

hes lost before hes started!!!!

same as if the 3200 went against his spyder.........

A Spartan and a Tyke against a Lancastrian? It will take more than those two! BTW, I passed a 3200 on the Autobahn at 160+ with the roof down and two up. It has to be said, the 3200 chap did look a bit p!ssed off when Ryan leant across and waved at him. Again, no contest! You will also note that the other 4200 drivers didn't feel the need to join in as they obviously knew they didn't need to! P.s I may not be able to reply regularly for the next 10 days or so, but please don't think that my silence means I am lost for words! Have fun.

Now then chaps... still searching for that perfect GS (don't even suggest that banana one!)

Thought about throwing some cash at a 997:

Heresy I know... anyhow I came to my senses.

It's getting near Autumn so I was thinking of giving up the search for GS until early next year. So, to tide me over, I sniped a bid at this last night:

Sadly I was outbid...

Maybe I can secure the lovely blue one Dicky has next year. It's currently out of my budget but might be affordable next year.

If you want a low miler and a really clean well cared for Gs thats never been driven over 60 mph and im serious about , mail Urby with a sensible offer , wouldn't surprise me given half the chance he would take the oppurtunity to upgrade , his must be one of the lowest milers outhere now , think it just under 12K miles

Never driven over 60mph, WOW, that's barely run in then???

I love the guy to bits , bit like an old uncle , but he'd never double for Steve McQueen in bullet , doubt whether he'd actually make it as an extra for( gone in 60 seconds) he just loves the owners commardery , of which Maserasti find themselves in , special kind of guy
